Paper to Laser

A selection of my hand-cut paper designs have been digitized and fabricated into one-of-a-kind or limited edition laser cut wood wall pieces. I work with scans of existing paper cuts to create a vector drawing in Adobe Illustrator that in turn becomes a digital file as the basis for the final intricate artwork. Laser cut wood beautifully compliments the original paper-based artwork, and allows me to reproduce my designs at a larger scale utilizing sturdier materials.
