Hendrik, usually my aim with toy camera self-portraits is less than impressive. I was very careful this time.

Ruth, thank you for your comments. I did a tiny bit of retouching to the bottom of the frame to remove cars that were behind me. I felt they took away from the shot.</description>

The combination of the particular qualities of the holga and the lack of contemporary intrusion (simplicity of the clothing one can see and a classic hairstyle) mean this photo could have been taken 100 years ago. There is nothing to tie it to 2007 - you could be Zelda Fitzgerald in this one. Brava, Rachael.</description>
